MICHAEL SALADINO
Michael Saladino is an Emmy-winning producer/editor who thrives on turning raw footage into something you can’t look away from—often without a script, and usually under a deadline that felt unreasonable yesterday.
He got his start at eleven years old—technically “volunteering” at a local cable station (legally safe, creatively questionable)—where he worked on everything from talk shows to live sports. That early obsession with shaping moments into stories never really left.
After studying television and film production—and picking up a few awards along the way—Michael spent over a decade as the frontman of a New York-based rock band. The result: a strong instinct for rhythm, pacing, and how to make something feel as good as it looks.
That sensibility now drives his work as a true “preditor”—building narrative, tone, and structure from the ground up. Whether it’s trailers, promos, or branded content, he’s used to being handed a pile of footage and finding the story—and making it hit harder than it has any right to.
Based in Westchester, New York, Michael creates bold, story-driven content across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms. His work includes collaborations with Xfinity, Peacock, and A+E Television Networks.
He is also the founder of On The Point Films—where the goal is simple: make things that hit.
